Children's Illustration

Dia da Novidade Children's Book

Illustrating children’s books is one of my passions, and working with children is one of my passions as well.

Since the beginning of my relationship with the great Brazilian educator Carolina Sanches, I have had a huge connection with her ideas about education and entertainment, which are always very enthusiastic and positive, while also questioning. Her products, whether in the audiovisual or publishing areas, as well as in the games area, have always won me over positively.

She is a great defender of regenerative education and the pedagogy of lucidity, encouraging new generations to dream and believe in building a better world. Her optimistic and innovative approach has positively impacted many educators and parents, helping to transform classrooms into productive and welcoming spaces.

Carolina Sanches is a true reference in the field of education and an example of how passion and dedication can make a difference in the lives of children and young people.

I had the divine pleasure of being able to work with her on one of her children’s books that deals with the theme of play in the classroom and brings to the daily life of the school the importance of imagination for life as a means of learning and getting to know the world in which the child is inserted.

It was a fantastic experience of learning about illustration systems and I had a partnership in the coloring and method of the illustrations of the great children’s illustrator Lucas Bussato. The challenge was huge as there was a project cost limit and also the format and the idea from then on was to increase, enrich the details of the illustration with a more practical and extremely colorful painting. But even with challenges, the joy and partnership with Carol, the great girls from Mapalb was enormously superior. It was very enjoyable to participate in the project.

The project’s main focus is to be distributed in public schools throughout Brazil and was impeccably managed by the team of entrepreneurs from the great publisher MapaLab, led by the very talented Martha Ribas, Camila Perlingeiro and Ana Paula Costa.

I sincerely hope to always work with Carol, my dear friend now that I have the pleasure of learning a lot from and always. I feel that God and my Guru put us together to be on our journey in life.
