The motivation of my life is Self-Realization through the evolution of consciousness. By evolution of consciousness I mean the clear comprehension of who I really am, what my Origin is and what I must do to return to that Origin. Self-realization doesn’t mean looking only at myself selfishly and not thinking about anyone else. Rather, it means looking inward, deeply and sincerely; and through introspection and self reform, bring about that evolutionary change within me. When I change myself to the point of totally undressing myself and dissolving myself in the understanding of who I really am, I am ready to help in collective changes, with a totally empathetic and altruistic look at all living beings. 

I believe I don’t change anyone, the only person capable of changing me, is myself. Collective changes come first with sincere, internal individual changes. While I am evolving, I must follow an introspective path and the only way to achieve these goals is meditation. I understand that there is no other way. That’s why I love to meditate. Like you will see in this link, meditation brings many benefits because it helps me professionally to be much more creative, proactive, efficient, disciplined and hardworking. 

Meditation helps me personally, developing a desire to bring more feelings of love, calm and kindness to everyone around, therefore developing the look more and more greater for the living being as a true brother. Help, colaboration and cooperation in the real needs of living beings, becomes clearer and comes without interest. 

When I see studios encouraging meditation, I feel that collective transformation is taking place and I am very happy. Meditation has blossomed within me, weaving a subtle yet powerful magic. It’s not just about the stillness, the quiet breaths, or the mantra’s gentle hum. 

This isn’t just a feel-good flutter. It’s a deeper understanding, a knowing that beneath the surface of differences, we share the same spark of life and It begins with myself. Each mindful breath is a stitch of self-compassion, each moment of awareness a thread of forgiveness. As I learn to embrace my own imperfections, the desire to judge others fades. This is the journey I walk, paved with mindful breaths and woven with the threads of kindness. It’s a journey with no final destination, but one that leads me closer to who I truly am, and closer to the true heart of all living beings.
