My Big Big Friend The Movie

In 2008 I was invited to be part of the team that was going to develop the production of My Big Big Friend Project, an innovative series for the time in several senses.

I was animation supervisor for all seasons. It was very challenging, as it involved a lot of dedication and effort from everyone since at the time we were just starting to understand Toon Boom Harmony and on top of that we had a lot of animators with little experience on the team.

Everything worked well, that it yielded a feature film in 2022. This project was very challenging. The team, despite being very talented, was also very heterogeneous.

I was co-director of animation along with Alessandro Monerat (the most talented director I’ve ever worked with), me for Copatudio and he directing the rest of the team.

I still had the opportunity to do two scenes of the project. Below you can see some scenes that I had the pleasure of animating in this great project.

For the fiscal year ended May 31, 2005, revenues increased 12 percent to $13.7 billion, compared to $12.3 billion in fiscal year 2004. Changes in currency exchange rates contributed three percentage points of this growth, while the acquisition of Converse and Starter added one point. Full year net income was up 28 percent to $1.2 billion, or $4.48 per diluted share, versus $945.6 million, or $3.51 per diluted share, in 2004.
